CPA and or Attorney for a Partnership in Southbay/Torrance

Hello,

I am in the middle of my first flip in Torrance with a couple of good friends. I know that even the best of friends should have something in writing to protect everyone involved. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good CPA and or Attorney who is familiar with real estate investment deals.  We want to know what the best way to split up the revenue and how to go about handling the taxes.

Also, get some advice on whether we should get an LLC or not.

Thanks everyone!  This is my first post on Bigger Pockets
