general contractor contract with incentives/deincentives

hello BP. I'm looking for a contract for a general contractor that will include incentives/deincentives if work is completed or failed to be completed on time. First of all will this be a good Idea to include in contract? I plan on taking the contract I find to a real estate lawyer to look over and revise contract if need be. thanks in advance
