Real Estate Attorney in Oakland, East Bay, or San Francisco

Hello all,

I'd like to request a referral for a real estate attorney practicing in Oakland (preferably), East Bay, or San Francisco.

Someone who specializes in real estate and is well versed in contract law, asset management, and landlord liability. Not someone who only wants to sell me a living trust or LLC formation preparation.

My business is getting bigger and bigger and it's time that I protect myself the right away.

If you prefer to PM me instead, please feel free to do so.

Thank you!

Daniel Bornstein also leads EBRHA workshops on occasion.  I had a chance to attend and ask a few questions.  Great resource if you have the time.
