I'm looking for acquisitions agreement or contract form. Can someone help me locate one please? 

In my process of doing real estate investing; i happen to come across a buyer who needs help locating properties. He kindly ask me to help and i said Yes. I'm just hoping this is the right move for addition learning and business growth. He's a really big BUYER in the state of throughout MD, DC and VA.
