Hello everyone.  I live in Los Angeles (specifically the San Gabriel valley) and my wife and I are being sued by a former tenant of one of our properties in Bakersfield.  I know I'm supposed to have an attorney as part of my team but haven't gotten around to it yet.  Does anyone know a good real estate lawyer in the San Gabriel valley of L.A.  Thank you.
