if we waived home inspection clause

Hi,

Need some inputs on this, if anyone had similar experiences or knows about what our rights are, that will be appreciated.

We bought a house, waived the home inspection because of all the bidding wars in Toronto.

Here is the clause:

"INSPECTION: Buyer acknowledges having had the opportunity to inspect the property and understands that upon acceptance of this offer there shall be a binding agreement of purchase and sale between Buyer and Seller. The Buyer acknowledges having the opportunity to include a requirement for a property inspection report in this Agreement and agrees that except as may be specifically provided for in this Agreement, the Buyer will not be obtaining a property inspection or property inspection report regarding the property."

The contract said the buyer is allowed 2 revisits after removal of all conditions. (didn't specify how long is the revisit)

Now, we are trying to get a home inspector into the house for one of our revisits to check if anything needs to be repaired so we can plan for it before closing. The inspection will take about 3 hours. The seller is reluctant and only want to give us 1 hour for visit and said contractor is ok, but no home inspection.

Are we legally allowed to bring in the home inspector and spend 3 hours there?

Appreciate any inputs...

Thanks in advance.
