Looking to connect with investor friendly RE lawyer in Massachusetts area!

Hello,

I'm a RE wholesaler based out of Newton, MA and I have virtually everything in order. I now have a strong buyers list, private money lenders lined up, and virtually all the pieces in place...except one. I need contracts for a simultaneous/double closing for both the A to B and B to C transactions. I have a pretty good grasp on how the transactions take place and what addendum's/clauses I'd like to add, and I even have contracts to work off of from other states. I just need everything to check out with Massachusetts state law and make sure my contracts are binding and I'm protected.

If there is a straight fee, I may be able to pay it upfront, but more than likely I would need a deferred payment situation and I would recoup expenses owed after my first deal. In return you will get continual work from me for the length of my career, (which will be for at least the next twenty years!) and I will point other wholesalers in my area (I know at least five who would be interested) who are also in need of work to you.

Please if anyone knows of a good RE lawyer in MA, point them my way. I would even be willing to give someone a cut of my first deal if they could help me with this.

If anyone has more info for me please don't hesitate to send me a PM!

Thanks,

Sage
