Good wholesale friendly real estate attorney in DC Metro area?

Looking for a good real estate attorney to by my main real estate attorney as I start and operate my wholesale business. Need someone who's good at structuring the contracts/agreements and ideally can operate in both DC and Maryland (PG county) but I would take Maryland only to start if need be. Any suggestions would be super appreciated.
