SDIRA Attorney needed in Northern NJ ( Bergen County area)

Good morning BP members

I am looking for an attorney that is very knowledable with SDIRA and its regulations.

I bought a property 50/50 cash in CT using my SDIRA with a partner. It was setup incorrectly. It was bought by my partners LLC and my wife and my SDIRA LLC. It should've been that my partners and our LLC fell under the LLC that bought the property. Right now all of the transactions such as the utilities, bank account, and repairs are under the SDIRA LLC.

I apply for a quitclaim to transfer the Deed to the new LLC. The attorney taking care of the issue also brought up a joint venture agreement that my partner requested. My attorney in CT is not aware of the SDIRA and its regulations.

So, I will like to have in my area a attorney which he is also an investor and knows about SDIRA.

Thank you all in advance for any suggestions.
