Is my Direct mail letter legal?

I just made a new direct mail letter to send out in my area to try to get some lease/option and Sub2 deals to wholesale.

In the letter I mentioned that I have had success in the past in this economy buying and selling my own real estate as an investor without using banks. Also, to call me for a free consultation on how I can help the homeowner sell their home.

I realized after making 500 copies that it may sound like I am trying to act as a realtor in the letter. I know/think that it is illegal to act as a realtor without a license. That is definitely not what I will be doing but would that raise a lot of red flags?

More importantly is that a legal letter to send out?

Thanks for the advice.
