Please contact me if you know of a competent CPA for real estate investors here in San Diego. I'm a CPA that has clients ask to prepare their taxes but I no longer practice tax and want to refer them to a credible CPA. I'd prefer a CPA that owns/invests in real estate as well. Thanks in advance.
