bringing in an investment partner

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me out with how to split our profit on a flip. I'm trying to figure out the most fairest way to conduct this as to keep our business relationship healthy.
I got a hard money loan for 119k. I put 30k into it. My partner put in an additional 5k and some labor time.  We are in 35k of our personal money.
