Looking for a Real Estate Attorney in GDL, Mexico

Hi I'm about to purchase my first house in a couple of weeks. I've already been pre approved by two banks. But the seller which is a company always gives me vague answers to all my questions. Especially when it comes to the topic of fees and costs. Their answer usually goes to that all will be discussed once I sign agreements. This keeps sending a red flag every time. I was hoping to find a real estate attorney here that I could hire to guide me through the process and make sure everything is on the up and up.

Thanks.
