Hello! I am learning about Realstate investing through Bigger Pockets and I have not invested in any Realstate properties, yet. I am inquiring of some info to help a friend for tax purposes. I am requesting info on behalf of a friend/Realstate investor that lives in the Greater Atlanta, Ga area and has her first investment property in TN bought with her husband who is deployed with the military currently. If their are suggestions to who best handles taxes specializing in Realstate investing in this area or any other info will be helpful and appreciated. Thank you! Brandy
