looking for real estate investor CPA in florida

hollo ! 
I'm a full time realtor and real estate investor, I'm married and my wife receive W2 . We own 4 rental properties, after calculating all property income, expenses and depreciation..... we end up losing  a lot of money ! do I can benefit from that if just my wife income is higher than 300k  ! do anyone suggest a good CPA close to orlando or Kissimmee ( knowledgeable of real estate )
