Tax CPA Recommendations

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for CPA recommendations for tax preparations. It will probably be for next year's taxes. 

Our current one is not familiar with the advantages of SFH rentals. I'm in the state of Washington but the CPA could be out of state.
