Best legal structure for my investment properties?
Hello, all
My name is Ryan in Montgomery Alabama.
I own 5 houses (1 with Mortgage, 4 paid off)
I am living in one house with mortgage on it.
and 4 houses are rented for maybe around $650 net income(after property tax, HOA and etc)
Until last year, I paid lots of tax for rental income.
Now i am thinking of creating separate entity.
and transfer all properties to the entities.
so I can reduce the rental income tax asap.
What would be the best legal structure that i can go with?
I am a very active investor and my goal is to have more than 10 houses within 5 years.
