Do I need to send 1099 to closing attorney and home inspector?

So, this is my first time having to send 1099 forms for the rental business I started last year and it appears I've already screwed up and missed the deadline.

I'm trying to figure out whom I need to send a 1099 MISC form to. I hired three contractors one operates as an S-Corporation (so no 1099), another operates as a C-Corporation (no 1099), the third is only an LLC - so I will need to send him one. For others it becomes less clear. I purchased my SFH rental property with the help of an agent working with Keller Williams. He arranged for the closing attorney and home inspector. Do any of these three service providers (RE agent, closing attorney, home inspector) need to be sent 1099 MISC forms?

Thanks!
