Sample log for tracking rental real estate activities?

Hello, I intend qualify as a "real estate professional" (from a tax perspective) this year. Meaning, I will work more than 750 hours on real estate activities and it will be my primary job (in my case it will be likely around managing a few condos and vacation home that I own). I have been told that in need to keep a log of real estate related activities. Does any one have any tools that they use for this purpose that they can reccomend? For instance I was considering using the Harvest time tacking app so that I could easily enter tasks on my phone. Or at minimum, I'd like to know what info I should be tracking.
