Penalty for Breaking City Ordinances
What is the penalty for breaking a city ordinance for housing/zoning. For example, if you have a lot/home zoned as a Single Family Residence, yet the home is large enough and can be used to rent out to two different people or families. What would be the penalty be if caught? This is all hypothetical of course. :)
