Hi all, I'm looking for references for CPAs and attorneys in the Baltimore area that can assist in setting up LLCs as well as reviewing operating agreements for current investment properties. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks

Well @Brandon Hall can't recommend himself, he is certainly a great option AS A CPA and is close to the baltimore area.

My CPA is Jeffrey Stoller from Goodwich, Stoller and Associates. He knows his stuff inside and out, and has many Real estate clients. He also gives outstanding service. Coincidentally many of the people I work with also use him. I highly recommend him.

Close to you is an attorney I like, Jeffrey Charlow from Masters title and escrow in Towson. Anthony Onwuanibe from Golden Trust title on W Mulberry st. does all kinds of investor work and is an investor himself. I think the best attorney's in the city for REI are Cohen and Forman on St Paul Place. David Cohen, Geoffrey Foreman or Scott Tinney can all do anything you need.
