Opening a business checking account

So what is the correct terminology when opening a business checking account when asked what I do?  When I answered "Real Estate Investments", it raised a red flag.  I never had this before in days past when I had business checking. The banker indicated that due to a new rule a few years ago, and money laundering, the restrictions and red tape are immense.  Any suggestions on terminology for what my job is when opening a business checking account?
