Who has been really good for you? Who should I avoid?

I want someone who knows real estate well (preferably one who invests as well). 

I have a handful of residential units in a few properties. I file jointly with my wife (both with W2), have one LLC, and get a couple of k-1's from other entities that I have a small stake in.

I want a reasonable price for the two returns described above.
