Hi Team, 

Can anyone assist with clarifying the Local taxes in Arkansa one should be aware of when buying and selling Real Estate? if it makes any difference then im interested in the Pulaski County. 

Apart form the yearly property Taxes what else yearly Taxes there are:

Franchise Tax?

Sales Tax? 

Can these taxes be off-set with depreciation?
