Solo 401k Plan Rollover

My fulltime business has had a solo 401k plan for 9 years. The plan owns rental property, I am the plan admin. I purchased the plan document from a company/sponsor that does not provide advice when I have different questions about what I can or cannot do or how to do things. Other companies offer advice only if I purchase their plan documents.

I'm thinking it's time to terminate my current plan, create a new one with a sponsor that offers guidance and maybe also serve as admin.

I'd like to know if I could roll over the current plan assets to the new plan?

Thanks in advance.

@Mark H.  How did you make out?  I'm needing to rollover my 401k now and wanted to do it myself w/a checkbook.  I don't think I need much advice but would love more feedback from your experience.
