Seeking recommendations for CPA & attorneys in Bay Area

Hi everyone, I am at the point of reviewing my first P&S agreement on a property and as I get closer to my first deal I am realizing that I would like to make sure I have a good outside opinion on the contract and strategies to avoid liability issues down the road. As part of this I am also realizing it might benefit me to start a relationship with a good CPA / tax advisor / financial planner as well. Would really welcome any recommendations of individuals you have worked with / know personally who specialize or have good experience helping real estate investors. Looking to build a good long term relationship here. Cheers, Seavron
