Year End Tax Strat Blog - Question
Hello BP,
I just read the Blog Post about year end's tax strategies and I have a question.
If I just have one rental property that isn't making a lot of money, and I don't have an LLC. Can I still purchase software (Like BP Pro) for real estate investing and write it off as a business expense?
I hope to start a real estate investing LLC soon, probably next year unless there's tax advantages of doing it this month.
Any help, suggestions, opinions or constructive criticism would be great!

@Jonathan Johnson yes - you do not need an LLC to write off business expenses. There are few tax advantages to setting up an LLC.
