I started in the home buying/selling,flipping business a month ago. I am starting as a bird dog and working my way to finding homes for cash buyers to sell homes to in a double close situation. I have 6 people that can do this right now but would like to expand all over the united states. I have enough cash to to do this but would like to know more about the closing procedure and my responsibilities to assure I am doing this correctly. I do not wish to mess up my first sale. Ant info would be helpful.
