Opportunity to obtain a property with unpaid taxes.
Hi everyone!
Question,
Someone is willing to gift a property to my wife and I and the property has unpaid taxes. Is it possible for a transaction like this to occur if we don't currently have the funds to pay off the past due taxes or does the taxes have to be paid off before the deed can be transferred to us?
