Has NARHRI Gone the Way of the Dodo Bird?

I'm a member of NARHRI (National Association of Responsible Home Rebuilders and Investors), or at least I thought I was. I get error messages when I go to their website and their phone number has been disconnected. Does anyone know if their still around. I mention I'm a member on my website and all of my ads.
