Real Estate Lawyer Needed In Charleston SC

I have a owner occupied property with an additional 3br/2.5 bath that I would like to rent. I want to set up an LLC to protect myself from issues that may arise from renting. I have several legal questions. Such as the best route to go (is a leaseback an option etc.) Is my rental agreement good enough when I have a home owners association to deal with. I hope never to have to deal with eviction process but I would like this lawyer to be available when that or other issues arise.
