Property transfer to LLC
I'm looking to transfer a property I own from myself to an LLC. The property I own is in a different county from where I live. We are both located in Florida. I was curious what forms I needed to take to a notary?
Also, do I record the deed in the county my LLC is registered or in the county that the property is in?
I've made a million phone calls and no one will help. They just keep telling me to consult somebody else.
Please help! Thanks!

All you need to do is create a Quit Claim Deed, get it notarized and take it to the county recorder’s office to be recorded.
