Hello BP community, I own three rental properties and I'm about to buy a fourth in the next month, I've been using a tax preparer for the past few years, but my real estate portfolio is growing and I've decided I need a good CPA who specializes in working with real estate investors. I might also start flipping properties next year, so I would like to get some tax advice from a CPA before I start the process of flipping properties. Need help, thanks!
