Which Quickbooks Version Do You Use?
I have one multi-member LLC, with multiple rentals in LLC. My CPA thinks the desktop version is the better Quickbooks to get. I am attracted to the multi-user access of the online version, and the automatic backup features of the online version, but will get the desktop version if its better. The only thing I wanted multi-user access for was if my wife wanted to update the QB file from a remote location. If I get the desktop version, without online access, I will be doing all the updating from my computer. Onlline access is $15/mo (or more) per LLC. I will probably open a 2nd LLC next year. Desktop version is one time payment of $220 (today sale price), it allows multiple companies without additional cost, and the tax code info is updated for a few years without cost. Thoughts?

The biggest problem with the online version of QuickBooks is that it does not have the "Class" feature.
For the most part, the Class feature is used for multiple properties so that each property is its own class. Online is fine for only one property or for other business uses, but pretty much sucks out loud if you're trying to set up for multiple properties or need Classes for some other reason.
