Owner Financing Attorney

Hi There!

I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for an attorney in Georgia that has experience with drawing up contracts for owner financing. I am the buyer in this case and have a prospective seller who is open to seller financing. I'd ideally like to talk with an attorney who is local (northwest Atlanta in Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee counties) and has experience in this field.

For specific contact info please send me a message. I'd also be open to any other challenges presented by going this route of seller financing. I know there are a lot of legal challenges with the DFA. These properties have always been rentals and the financing would be for multiple properties.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/advice!
