What can be rolled into Solo401K - Either Regular or ROTH?

I have a little trouble understanding exactly what can be rolled into Solo401K accounts and am hoping for a little help here before taking the next step of actually setting up an account.

  • What can a Traditional IRA be rolled into?
  • What can a ROTH IRA be rolled into?
  • What can a Self Directed Traditional IRA be rolled into?
  • What can a Self Directed ROTH IRA be rolled into? (I think the answer here is no Solo401K)

I have all these right now, and am hoping to clean things up a bit :-)

Thanks, Dan Dietz
