Hello everyone,

I'm very green to RE investing today I found my first deal. However the Florida contract for purchase and sale is in PDF format , making it impossible for me to edit the document and email to the homeowner to sign. Can anyone help me out with a Florida contract for purchase and sale that is not a PDF? Thanks.
