Squatter in out of state owner's house - any Attorneys?

I have an out of state homeowner who may have a squatter in a property I was looking to purchase. I wanted to see if any Houston, TX attorney could provide their contact info so I can pass it on to the homeowner, as they may need some legal advice. Any information is appreciated. On a more general note, has anybody squatter experiences? How did you resolve the issue? Thanks in advance.
