Solo 401k property Utilities

Hi - I have recently set up a solo 401k, and it has purchased property as its investment vehicle. The property needs utilities to be turned on. How would I place the utilities, since the property is not owned by me, but rather my solo 401k.  Any one know?  I think the same goes for how the insurance policy has to read?
