Land trust problem

I sold a house owned by a land trust a few days ago. My LLC is the beneficiary and I am the trustee. The check is payable to 123 Main Street Trust. My bank will not let me deposit this check without obtaining an EIN and opening an account in the name of the trust. Any ideas? The title company will not reissue the check to a different entity or wire out the funds either.
