Advice on Legally Advertising Private Debt Opportunity

Question: How widely can I legally advertise a private debt opportunity?

Recently, via the BP Marketplace, I've connected with a number of investors interested in my company's 10% private loan program. Now I'd like to start reaching a wider audience through other methods of online advertising. I'm not a loan broker; all the private loans are used by my company to fund in-house projects.

If you have any advice (not to be taken as legal advice, of course) or a referral to someone (investor or attorney, ideally in Phoenix) who can help me, post here or PM me. I'd be happy to connect off-BP via email or phone as well.

PS: Please understand that posting "Ask an attorney" doesn't help me at all. If I had that contact I wouldn't be posting here. Thank you!
