How to attain Homestead vs Non-homestead tax?
My boyfriend has 2 homes in his name with mortgages in his name only on both. I am moving in with him in 1 of the houses. Is it possible to add my name to the title to avoid the Non-homestead tax? He has 2 homes because he works in 1 city but lives in another. He goes between both equally. We understand the risk he would take having me on the title. We want to know if this is possible?
