Putting Note income into Self directed IRA
I'd figure I'd ask here first before I ask my CPA.
I know someone normally has to have income producing job, business etc. From what I understand, rental property income is not put into an IRA. Right now, I have a note in my self-directed IRA. I want to purchase another note. I do not have enough money left in my self-directed IRA to purchase one.
Can I put contributions from the note income into an IRA or is that the same as rental income and prohibited?
Thanks- Ron
