Landtrust - looking for Lawyer to assist
Dear BP,
my RE attorney would act as Trustee but he doesn't feel comfortable enough to set up a trust deed etc. for a land trust which would own an (existing) LLC as he's never done that before.
The US States involved with respect to the real estate are currently CA and UT but this could easily expand to other parts of CONUS. So I'm not entirely sure how I should go about this. Anybody able to assist me with this? Thanks!

@Andy D. Generally, attorneys can only practice law in the state that they are licensed and most attorneys are only licensed in one or two states. Performing legal work in a particular state, such as setting up land trusts or anything that effects a person's legal rights requires for that matter, require the attorney to be licensed in that state. So, you may need a few attorneys if you require legal work in different states.
