Hello all- I am new to BP but have been reading daily for a year. I am 26 years old I live in New York City and have a few rental properties in the area. My question is how should I set up the legal structure. Should I create a LLC for each property? Also, should I have a shell company that owns all the separate LLCs Thanks in advance guys and looking forward to contributing to BP. -BMF
