Need Help Transferring my Real Estate license

Hello everyone, I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer out online, I am trying to figure out how to transfer my Massachusetts real estate license to Connecticut. I'm finding on the Massachusetts website it shows how out of state sales persons transfer to Massachusetts but I can't seem to find out where Massachusetts sales persons sign the form to transfer the salespersons license out of Massachusetts into another state. If anyone has any information regarding this that would be great! Thanks for reading Bobby
