I would like to use the name Realty in new company I form but I do not have any real estate licence, is that okay? I do not want to mislead anyone to think I'm licence.

Thanks,

Ron.

Too risky, regardless of the state you are on shaky ground. Be cautious always, that is my philosophy. I know many would disagree.
