Entity for Flip with 2 Silent Investors and 1 Managing Partner

I have a project that will have 2 investors who will pay for the property and rehab but not participate in the daily operations.  The third partner (myself) will manage the project.  Profits/losses will be split 33%, 33%, 34%.

I'm wondering what is the best entity for this scenario.  From both a liability and tax perspective.

I already have an LLC that I can run everything through.

Should I run everything through my LLC and call their investments loans? Not sure if thats an option or not...

Should I form a new 3 person LLC?

Should we form an S-Corp (or an LLC taxed as an S-Corp)?

I'm trying to reduce our taxable income as much as possible... for both myself and my investors (they are in the highest tax bracket... so, ordinary income will get hit the hardest for them).

Thanks!

Anthony
