Needing help with contract review

Hello. I am new to investing but ready to go. Through connections, I received a myriad of contracts from another investor with permissions to use them. I'm in Missouri and would like to get them reviewed and, if need be, revised. 

P.S. Im also looking for an attorney who specializes in real estate. Preferably in the KC area for easy reference and referrals.
