I appreciate the feedback and sorry for the confusion. On this forum, I am really looking for any referrals for attorneys that I can contact to have these contracts reviewed. It would have been an instant red flag if someone would've asked me to just send a copy of them or something of that nature. In this instance of advise, I wanna shake the hand of the person who helped. Any specific names of anyone I can contact would be appreciated.

Hello. I am new to investing but ready to go. Through connections, I received a myriad of contracts from another investor with permissions to use them. I'm in Missouri and would like to get them reviewed and, if need be, revised. 

P.S. Im also looking for an attorney who specializes in real estate. Preferably in the KC area for easy reference and referrals.

I am new to the real estate realm but I want this! I'm not scared of work, especially when I can see the fruits of the work as it affects other people. I want to help people. I want to gain experience and relationships with the experts in the business. But, I feel I'm going down the wrong path without someone knowledgeable in my corner.  I offer my administrative and customer service abilities to you but we can always discuss other ways we can help each other. Hello BiggerPockets family. I'm Anthony Robertson. I'm new to being an investor (I reside in the Kansas City, MO area). I'm in the "extreme nerd" phase, immersing myself in education and connections with like minded investors. My initial niche will be in note flipping then to wholesaling and rehabbing.
